Because our products are 100% digital and custom-illustrated specifically for you based on your personal photos, standard e-commerce return policies do not apply. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. No Returns (Digital Product)
All of our portraits are delivered as high-resolution digital files (e.g., JPEG, PNG, or PDF). No physical product will be shipped to you. Because digital files cannot be physically “returned” once they are delivered, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations and Full Refunds
We understand that you might change your mind. We offer a Full Refund only under the following condition:
- You request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, AND our artists have not yet begun working on your illustration.
- To request a cancellation, you must email us immediately at yourtoonlogo@gmail.com with your Order Number.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Once the 24-hour window has passed, or our artists have started drawing your portrait, the time and labor cannot be recovered. Therefore, we do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- The illustration process has already begun.
- The initial proof/draft of the portrait has been emailed to you.
- You do not like the photo you originally chose and want us to redraw the portrait using a completely new photo (this would require a new purchase).
- You simply changed your mind after the work has been completed.
4. Our Revision Guarantee (Ensuring Your Satisfaction)
We want you to love your final artwork! Instead of refunds after the work is done, we offer up to 2 free revisions to ensure you are satisfied.
- If you are unhappy with the initial proof, you can request minor tweaks (e.g., adjusting a facial feature, changing a background color, or fixing a detail we missed from your instructions).
- Please note that revisions do not include starting over with a new base photograph or adding new people/pets that were not paid for in the original order.
5. Order Abandonment
If we reach out to you requesting a higher-quality photo or asking for clarification on your order, and we do not receive a response from you within 30 days, we will consider the order abandoned. The order will be closed, and no refund will be issued.
6. How Approved Refunds Are Processed
If your cancellation request is approved (within the 24-hour window before work begins):
- Your refund will be processed immediately on our end.
- The funds will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment (your credit or debit card) via our payment processor, Paymob.
- Please allow 5 to 14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. We cannot send refunds to a different card or via a different payment method.
