Welcome to YourToonLogo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website YourToonLogo.com and purchasing our customized digital portraits, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Overview
Your Toon Logo provides a service where customers can commission custom-illustrated digital portraits based on photographs and instructions provided by the customer.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in ُEgyptian Pound and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Full payment is required upfront before any work begins on your custom portrait.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) and other local payment methods securely processed through our authorized payment gateway, Paymob.
- We do not store your credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed by Paymob in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
3. Delivery Policy (Digital Goods)
- No Physical Shipping: Please note that all our products are 100% Digital. No physical painting, print, or frame will be shipped to your physical address.
- Delivery Method: Your final customized digital portrait will be delivered to you via the email address you provided during checkout as a high-resolution digital file (e.g., JPEG, PNG, or PDF).
- Delivery Timeframe: Standard turnaround time for a digital portrait is 3 to 7 business days from the date we receive both your payment and acceptable reference photos.
- If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.
4. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Because our products are highly customized and created specifically for you, our refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that our artists have not yet begun working on your portrait. To request a cancellation, email us immediately at yourtoonlogo@gmail.com.
- No Refunds After Work Has Begun: Once the illustration process has started, or after the initial proof has been sent to you, the order is non-refundable.
- No Returns: Because the item is a digital file, it cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we do not accept returns.
- Order Abandonment: If we request a better quality photo from you to complete the portrait and do not receive a response within [e.g., 30 days], the order will be marked as completed, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Revisions and Modifications
We want you to be completely satisfied with your portrait.
- We offer up to 2 free revisions on the delivered proof.
- Revisions are limited to minor adjustments (e.g., color tweaks, minor facial feature adjustments). Revisions do not include complete redraws, changing the base photo, or adding elements not requested in the original order.
- Once you approve the final design, or if you do not request revisions within 5 days of receiving the proof, the order is considered finalized.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Photo Rights
- By uploading a photo to our website, you guarantee that you own the rights to the image or have the necessary permission from the copyright owner to use it.
- You agree to provide clear, high-quality images. The quality of the final digital portrait relies heavily on the quality of the photos provided.
7. Copyright and Commercial Use
We understand that many of our clients use our custom portraits for professional purposes.
- Full Commercial Rights: Upon final approval and full payment of your order, we grant you full commercial rights to use the final delivered digital portrait.
- Allowed Usage: You are free to use the portrait for unlimited commercial and personal purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: using the artwork as your business logo, printing it on business cards, incorporating it into promotional flyers, creating corporate or personal gifts, producing merchandise, and using it across all social media and websites.
- Our Promotional Rights: We retain the right to use the final artwork in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not want your portrait shared publicly, please notify us at the time of your order.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We use your personal data strictly to process your order, deliver your digital portrait, and communicate with you.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt.
